UpnRent provides an automated rental listing platform for landlords and tenants. Features include property listing management, AI-powered tenant screening, social media marketing tools, and listing boost advertising. UpnRent is not a real estate broker and does not participate in rental transactions.

3. Landlord Responsibilities

As a landlord using UpnRent, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your listings
• Comply with all applicable fair housing laws and local rental regulations
• Not discriminate against applicants based on any protected characteristic
• Only post properties you own or are legally authorized to rent
• Honor the listing details (price, availability, amenities) shown to tenants

As a tenant using UpnRent, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in rental applications
• Not submit fraudulent applications or misrepresent your qualifications
• Contact landlords only for legitimate rental inquiries

5. Facebook and Social Media Integration

When you connect your Facebook account, you authorize UpnRent to post rental listing content to your Facebook Page on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Facebook integration complies with Facebook's Terms of Service. UpnRent is not responsible for any actions taken by Facebook regarding your account.

UpnRent uses AI to generate marketing copy, tenant screening reports, and price recommendations. These are provided as suggestions only. UpnRent makes no guarantees about the accuracy of AI-generated content and you should use your own judgment before acting on it.

You may not use UpnRent to:

• Post fraudulent, misleading, or illegal listings
• Scrape or harvest data from the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

UpnRent is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any particular result will be achieved from using it.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UpnRent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or failed rental transactions.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using UpnRent at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of UpnRent after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
